The U.S. Military Forbids Active Duty Troops From Sharing The Gospel Of Jesus Christ

Did you know that the U.S. military forbids active duty troops from sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ? Did you know that the U.S. military has admittedly burned Bibles? The truth is that the United States is increasingly becoming an openly anti-Christian institution, and that should be of great concern for all of us.

Most American Christians are totally shocked when they learn that active duty troops in Afghanistan and Iraq are absolutely banned from sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ with anyone. U.S. Central Command's "General Order Number One" absolutely forbids any active duty troops from trying to convert people to any religion.

That means that all of those Muslims that the U.S. military is "liberating" are absolutely prohibited from hearing about Jesus Christ from the people who are supposed to be helping them.

But not only that, the U.S. military has also admittedly burned Bibles.

That's right.

Stacks of Bibles that were printed in the two most common Afghan languages and that had been sent to Afghanistan were burned by the U.S. military because there was fear that they would get off the base and ultimately convert some of the Afghans.

Oh, the horror!

What hope are we bringing to these people if we forbid the spreading of the gospel of Jesus Christ?

"The decision was made that it was a 'force protection' measure to throw them away, because, if they did get out, it could be perceived by Afghans that the U.S. government or the U.S. military was trying to convert Muslims," Lt. Col. Mark Wright told CNN.

As stunning as this report was, the truth is that it is only part of a larger campaign by the U.S. military to repress religious expression.

Just consider the U.S. army regulation below.....

"Distinctive religious symbols, such as crosses, crucifixes, the Star of David, menorah, and other religious symbols, will not be affixed or displayed permanently on the chapel exterior or grounds."

(Army Reg. 165-1, 13-3.d)

The truth is that it is the official policy of the U.S. Army to tear down crosses and other Christian symbols from their chapels worldwide.

And we wonder why the U.S. military is not blessed anymore.

In another incident last year, a U.S. marine was handing out coins to Iraqis that had a positive message about Christianity on them.

So how did the U.S. military respond when they learned of this?

They removed that marine from duty as fast as they could.

The U.S. military can't seem to stop the terror attacks over there, but they sure seem to be effective in stamping out any expression of Christianity as quickly as possible.

The U.S. military may be fighting in the name of someone's "god", but they are making it abundantly clear what God that they do not follow.

The Cap And Trade Climate Change Bill

The U.S. House of Representatives is on the verge of voting on the cap and trade climate change bill which if passed would fundamentally change the American economy forever. The Democrats added a 300 page amendment at 3 a.m. last night, and Republicans say that the Democrats are ramrodding this bill through the House without enough time for any of the members to possibly read the bill.

Most Republicans are firmly opposed to this bill and are calling the measure a "job killer" that would push energy bills through the roof and would drive jobs and businesses overseas.

But this cap and trade climate change bill is a top priority for the White House, and Barack Obama spent much of the day making phone calls trying to drum up support for the bill.

"Now is the time for us to lead," Obama told reporters in the White House Rose Garden. "We cannot be afraid of the future. We cannot be prisoners to the past."

This legislation is also very important to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, and she has pledged to get it passed before Congress leaves for their July 4th vacation.

Representative Mike Pence from Indiana said that this bill "amounts to the largest tax increase in American history under the guise of climate change."

Fortunately, House Minority Leader John Boehner is delaying the attempt by the Democrats to ramrod this bill through by filibustering. He is actually reading page-by-page through the 300-page Democratic amendment to the bill.

Earlier, Boehner had some very harsh words for the bill. In fact, he said that he had "never seen anything this ridiculous".

During his filibuster Boehner made these very wise remarks: "...the gentleman’s had his 30 years to put this bill together. And the House is going to spend a whopping five hours debating the most profound piece of legislation to come to this floor in 100 years. And the chairman has the audacity to drop a 300-plus page amendment in the hopper at 3:09 a.m. this morning. And so I would ask my colleagues, don’t you think the American people expect us to understand what’s in this bill before we vote on it?"

The truth is that the whole notion that "global warming" is caused by carbon dioxide is complete nonsense.

Dr. Tim Ball, a renowned environmental consultant and former climatology professor at the University of Winnipeg, makes it abundantly clear that carbon dioxide cannot possibly cause "global warming":

"CO2 is about 1.5 the density of air. One of the great fallacies promoted by [the proponents of the global warming theory] is that CO2 is well and quickly mixed through the atmosphere. It isn't. They also argue that the CO2 is most effective in trapping heat from the Earth (infrared) at the top of the atmosphere. This is why the computer models predicted greatest warming at the top of the atmosphere over the tropics. The problem is the actual measurements show that is not happening."

In addition, the "global warming" that the world experienced during the 90s and into this decade was experienced by every planet in the solar system. It was caused by the sun. Now that the sun has recently gone into a time of low sun spots, the truth is that the world is now experiencing a time of global cooling.

But the facts never seemed to matter much to American politicians before. Why should they let the truth bother them now?

But even if global warming was caused by carbon dioxide (which it is not), this bill will not cut emissions. It will just drive jobs and businesses overseas to places like China where they have no limits on carbon emissions at all.

Can the fragile American economy endure the higher gasoline costs and the massive loss of jobs and businesses that this bill would cause?

Can the fragile American economy endure the largest tax increase in the history of the United States?

U.S. Abortion Clinics Sell Baby Parts To Medical Researchers

Just when we think that we have heard it all, we learn something else that demonstrates how unspeakably evil America has become. Today we came across an article that tells of an abortion industry insider confessing that U.S. abortion clinics sell "high quality" baby parts to universities and researchers for use in experiments and other "research".

This incredible story was originally broken by Life Dynamics. A lady involved in this "industry" came forward to Mark Crutcher, their director. He was able to verify her story.

The insider worked for “an outside source, hired with a team to go in [to late term abortion clinics] to dissect and procure fetal tissue for high-quality sales.”

The following are quotes from the article from this lady about this horrible and disgusting practice.....

“What we did was to have a contract with an abortion clinic that would allow us to go there on certain days. We would get a generated list each day to tell us what tissue researchers, pharmaceutical companies and universities were looking for. Then we would examine the patient charts. We would screen out the ones we didn't want."

"We did not use specimens that had STDs [sexually transmitted diseases] or fetal abnormalities. We only wanted the most perfect specimens that we could give to the researchers.”

“We were looking for eyes, livers, brains, thymuses [lymphoid tissue], cardiac blood, cord blood, blood from the liver, even blood from the limbs.”

“We would sell the tissue to private contractors. They in turn would sell to other universities and researchers. There was a high demand every week to buy such fetal tissues. It was shipped by UPS, FedEx, Airborne and sometimes by special couriers. Sometimes we would take the specimen in a box to the airport and put it on as regular cargo, to be picked up at the destination.”

“Yes, before the procedures they would want to see the list of what we wanted to procure. The [abortionist] would get us the most complete, intact specimens that he could. They would be delivered to us completely intact. Sometimes the fetus appeared to be dead, but when we opened up the chest cavity, the heart was still beating.”

One day when she was working, “A set of twins at 24 weeks gestation was brought to us in a pan. They were both alive. The doctor came back and said, `Got you some good specimens, twins.' So he took a bottle of sterile water and poured it in the pan until the fluid came up over their mouths and noses, letting them drown. The truth is that the American abortion industry has killed over 40 millions babies in extremely horrible ways since the Roe v. Wade decision of 1973.

Today less Americans than ever seem to care about this holocaust. They don't even care that babies who are born alive are being slaughtered in these abortion clinics.

Activists on both sides of the abortion debate were stunned recently over revelations that the owner of one Florida abortion mill put a baby born alive into a plastic biohazard bag and threw it out as garbage.

18-year-old Sycloria Williams had visited an abortion clinic outside of Miami, Florida and had paid over a thousand dollars for Dr. Pierre Jean-Jacque Renelique to end her 23 week pregnancy.

But Williams actually gave birth to a child before the doctor could give her an abortion.

So what happened?

One of the owners of the abortion clinic cut the umbilical cord, placed the living, breathing baby into a plastic bag and threw it out with the garbage.

How incredibly sick is that?

Police eventually were able to discover the decomposing remains of the baby in a cardboard box a week later after receiving anonymous tips.

According to the local department of health, when doctors performed an autopsy on the dead baby they were able to determine that the baby had filled her lungs with air.

That means that that the baby had been born alive and was breathing.

How can things like this happen in America?

But the reality is that this was NOT an isolated incident.

There are reports of babies left to die in back rooms of abortion clinics all over the Internet.

How unspeakably evil has America become when this is allowed to happen?

How evil do you have to be to kill babies that are born alive?

The Frightening Rise Of Anti-Semitism

Has the world now forgotten the horrifying lessons of the 1930s and 40s? The truth is that the act of terrorism by a hate-filled gunman at the Holocaust Museum in Washington D.C. today was not an isolated incident. Rather it is just another indication of the rapidly rising tide of anti-Semitism around the world.

The Scriptures tell us that the Jewish people will be hated in the end times, but sometimes when you see the reality of that hate it can be breathtaking.

Security guard Stephen Tyrone Johns was the victim of this hate today. 88 year old James Wenneker von Brunn, apparently motivated by hatred for Jews, walked into the Holocaust Museum in Washington D.C. today and starting shooting. Unfortunately Stephen Tyrone Johns died while trying to perform his duty.

Already reports have surfaced that Von Brunn was a Holocaust denier and that he had a racist, anti-Semitic website.

He even wrote a book titled "Kill the Best Gentile".

This would be bad enough if it was just some isolated incident involving a psychotic nutjob.

But the reality is that we are seeing this kind of anti-Semitism all over America and all over the world.

In late May, three Americans were caught and accused of trying to blow up synagogues in New York City. Reportedly they were described by authorities as fanatics who were "eager to kill Jews".

Are all synagogues going to have to get security guards now?

Perhaps that is the reality of the world that we now live in.

The truth is that there is more anti-Semitism around the world today than there was even at the time of Hitler. That is just how bad things have gotten.

It is not just the Islamic world where hatred of Jews is widespread. Just check out a couple examples of the kinds of websites that are popping up all over the place.....

But the anti-Semitism that we see in the western world is tame compared to the insanity we see coming from the Islamic world.

Obama's Plan To Take Much Of Jerusalem And The Holy Sites Away From Israel

U.S. President Barack Obama has promised the Palestinians a capital in the city of Jerusalem and has expressed his desire that the holy sites be taken away from Israel and be put under international jurisdiction.

WorldNetDaily is reporting that President Obama told Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas during a meeting last week that he foresees the creation of a strong Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital.

Abbas' senior political adviser, Nimer Hamad, reportedly told this to WorldNetDaily: "Abu Mazen (Abbas) heard from Obama and his administration in a very categorical way that a Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital is in the American national and security interest."

What in the world?

A Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital?

Talk about a really, really, really bad idea.

You would have to have a staff of really incompetent people working night and day to come up with as many bad ideas as Obama seems to come up with.

But giving the Palestinians a capital in Jerusalem is not the end of Obama's plans for the holy land.

There are also reports that Obama plans for the holy sites in Jerusalem to come under international jurisdiction.

Are people now going to realize that Barack Obama is anti-Israel to the extreme?

The truth is that God gets really, really angry when people start trying to give away parts of Israel, and He seems to get even angrier when people mess with Jerusalem. We recently put together a comprehensive article that documented many of the natural disasters that have hit the United States at different times when the U.S. has tried to give away pieces of the land of Israel over the past couple of decades.

But has our government learned anything from these warnings?

No.

The U.S. government seems more determined than ever to carve up the land of Israel and to take as many holy sites away from Israel as possible.

The truth is that God will not bless the U.S. if we continue these kinds of policies.

It has been said that if the U.S. ends up being successful in dividing the land of Israel that God will divide the United States.

Let us hope that Barack Obama changes his mind, but I wouldn't count on it.
