What in the world is happening in Ukraine? That is the question on the mind of a lot of people tonight. Well over 1 million people have been sickened by this mystery flu plague in Ukraine, and so far the WHO has been very evasive when answering questions about this illness.So what is really going on?

The symptoms are observed at different stages of disease - a fever with a temperature over 38 C, cough, respiratory disorders. When cough was characterized by negligible allocation phlegm or dry unproductive cough with blotches of blood. All the patients come to hospital on average by 3-7 days of onset, were in serious condition. Period of time from onset to death averaged from 4 to 7 days. In all patients during a hospital for signs of respiratory insufficiency of various degrees, which quickly rose and manifested accelerated respiration rate, shortness of breath and effectiveness of independent breathing. X-ray studies were performed on 1-2 day hospitalization. Most patients experienced a double-headed particles of lower lung lesion, followed by a trend towards total destruction.

I cannot say I know anything. Yet I wish to pass on something that I noted about the bird flu around the time of WWI.
ReplyDeleteA documentary about the matter stated that the bird flu did indeed occur among those in the trenches. They blamed its transfer to humans on the pig and chicken pens they had for food supplies in the area. Anyway, the number of cases among those in the war zone were rather few, considering how close they all lived together and how many of them were there. When they were sent back home to the States, then things really got bad there.
I'm suspicious, seeing that the flu is basically a gut bug among the birds that carried it; that the nurses checking the soldiers temperatures may have, in effected, vacinated them accidentally, by introducing it to their guts with thermometers and the likes. People normally will first check their oral temperature then possibly the rectum's. Seldom the reverse order. Who knows... Anyway, when my sinuses bother me in an odd way, it seems to help me get over it sooner.
